Delivered to your doorstep

It will be delivered by Sagawa Express.

Unpacking and collection of packaging materials
We will carry it to your home, unpack it, install it, and collect the packing materials. Products for which you have selected the assembly option will be assembled.
The delivery company is Yamato Home Convenience.
Delivery times vary depending on the area. Please check the Yamato Home Convenience website before ordering.
In areas where you can specify the time zone, you can choose from 12-15 o'clock, 12-18 o'clock, 15-18 o'clock, and 18-21 o'clock in the morning.

Delivery to isolated islands and Okinawa

Carrying in
If you are considering a large product, please carefully check the product size, the size of the required frontage, the route to the installation location, and the width and height of the entrance before purchasing.

- If it is difficult to determine whether or not it can be carried in, we will accept an estimate for delivery for a fee before purchasing.
