Repair & Maintenance
The warranty period for furniture is one year from the date of delivery
- For returns or exchanges due to defective or different products, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.
- The warranty period for repairs and maintenance for a fee is one year from the delivery date after the end.
- This service is available to purchasers at UNICO stores and online shops.
Within the warranty period
Damage caused by manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge.
In addition, we are not responsible for the following causes. Thank you for your understanding.
- Excessive moisture or dryness caused by direct sunlight, electrical appliances such as air conditioning appliances, deformation or discoloration due to heat
- Damage or failure caused by moving, transporting, dropping, or negligence after delivery
- In addition, when the Company determines that the damage or accident occurred due to use other than the original purpose or modification.
