For Our Members: Request to Reset Your Password

Due to the site renewal, we have transferred member information such as registered email addresses (※), addresses, and purchase history (from November 2011 to the present) from the old site to the new site; however, passwords have not been transferred and have been reset.

As a result, all members are required to reset their passwords. We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to reset your password via the “Reset Password” link on the login page.

Member information that meets the following conditions has not been transferred to the new site. If any of these apply, please register again under “New Member Registration.”

  • If three years have passed since registration with no purchases made
  • If no address has been registered
  • If the registered email address contains an error
